Who We Are

Brown University Students for Justice in Palestine is affirmatively an anti-Zionist organization that fully supports the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions movement against the state of Israel. We organize to stand in solidarity with the Palestinian people in their struggle for liberation; to assist Palestinians in their effort to build a self-determined and free society; and to raise awareness around and help alleviate the humanitarian crisis currently taking place in Palestine. Central to our efforts is our campaign to end Brown’s complicity in the Israeli occupation of Palestine: we demand that the University divest all stocks, funds, endowment, and other monetary instruments from companies facilitating and profiting from Israeli human rights abuses.
